In one small study in 25 men with prostate cancer, supplementing with flaxseed and decreasing overall fat intake was shown to significantly reduce testosterone levels. Other study says Flaxseed oil- Flaxseed oil is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help in improving sperm quality. It also increases blood flow, which further alleviates impotence. Dont be confused. Pl consult an experienced Ayurvedic doctor for proper advice.
