Mera lower right molar teeth ka 3rd sitting rct ho cough h ,4th sitting me filling aur cap lagna tha but us se pehle dinner krte waqt us teeth ka gums k upar wale part ka left part tut k nikal gya. Base of that teeth is ok, there is no pain. To aise case me filling aur cap lagwana possible ho payega ya full teeth hi nikalwana hoga?

Hello Lybrate user. After dinner, may be the temporary filling in the teeth is removed. Even if it's a part of teeth also. There will be no problem. Don't worry. There is no need to extract the teeth. But I advice you to do temporary filling again and wait and then you can do crown fixation. Sometimes, the patient may feel more sensitivity due to the break in structure of teeth after rct. Doing crown fixation now and after that if you feel pain or sensitivity, it makes the procedure more difficult and stress for you also.
