My periods are late and i'm suffering pcod. I ordered raj pravartani vati. Can start using it from any day I want .or is there any particularity in taking these tablets. As on the pack its written 5 days before periods will commence and i'm not sure when my periods would come. Plzz help me with. I was previously on allopathic and then ayurvedic prescription but now I switched it to raj pravartani vati. What should I do?
