I am having problem in urination for last four days. Urination remains incomplete though I feel extreme pressure. My friend has suggested me 'sabal pentarkan' and I am feeling much better now. As I do outdoor works my another friend has advised me to take 'alkasol' to get rid of dehydration. Please advise if I should take both the medicines simultaneously.

Based on your age and the problems you are describing, you are having an enlarged prostate. Alkasol won't be helpful in this case. A few tests can be done to determine the size of the prostate and the severity of your problem. If in the early stages, it can be well controlled with proper medication and even reduce the size.
