My left testicle is swollen there are some lumps there is somewhat pain in the testicle. There is mild pain in area above penis to the left its been two days to the swelling there is no continuous pain in the testicles should I be concerned I had checked Google but I can not understand the problem the lump is at the bottom. I am afraid if this is a serious problem.
