Sir my tummy is increase with my normal daily diets. What can I do? Please help me.

Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,plank,push ups,sit ups,squat.No sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.These increase belly fat.Plenty of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Take extra protein in diet.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.
