The best way to reduce weight is exercise and diet.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,plank,push up,sit ups,squat.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fruit juice,cola,soft drinks.These turns into fat.Instead of these eat more whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Take small amount of food.Take more protein like fish,egg white,cottage cheese,lean meat,peanuts,tofu,mushroom for weight loss.Use olive,oil,canola,refined vegetable oil in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take yogurt,dates everyday.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Take quality rest.
