Regular exercise and proper diet will help you to control diabetes.Avoid underground vegetables,banana,pumpkin.Take small amount of food frequently.Don't skip meals.Eat more protein like fish,egg white,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,yogurt.Use healthy fat like fish oil,refined vegetable oil.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.This you can control your diabetes.
