I have a cat that used to be a stray and so it's not vaccinated. He scratched my finger and drew a little blood but the wound has already closed. I washed it immediately with an anti bacterial but should I get any shots like rabies or tetanus?

You should. You are category three now. So if you haven't taken any shots of rabies before, you have to take both rabies vaccine and immunoglobulin.
