I dint masturbate for about 20 days I usually do not do it regular. I always take gap of one or 2 month while masturbating, suddenly yesterday and today I got a little bit of semi erection and discharge from penis after urinating early morning why is it so, ayurveda doctors pls help as I always go for ayurveda I need your advice.
