Dear Tanimul Hoque Babar, The length of a non-erect penis doesn't consistently predict length when the penis is erect. If your penis is about 13 cm (5 inches) or longer when erect, it's of normal size. A penis is considered abnormally small only if it measures less than 3 inches (about 7.5 centimetres) when erect, a condition called micro penis. Hi, Lybrate user. An average penis size counts 7-10 cm (2.8"-3.9") when flaccid & an erected penis measures 12 cm (4.7") with girth of 9-10 cm (3.5"- 3.9"), yours is normal, absolutely. Tk, care.
