You should have 70 kg.To reduce extra body fat first you need medical check ups and beside that take balanced diet.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Don't use sugar,sweetened juice as these leads to belly fat.Instead of these eat lots of whole fruit,vegetables to loss weight.Eat more protein rich foods to loose weight.Use healthy fat like olive,coconut,fish oil but in small amount.Stay hydrated always with water.Drink water before meals and use lukewarm water 5mins after meals.Do regular exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,plank,push ups,sit ups.This lifestyle will help you to reduce fat.
