I'm a 26 year old female with menstrual problems for the last 7 years. I did a tsh ultra-sensitive test and the result was 4.20�iu/ml. Is it normal? Also prolactin level is 11. 55 ng/dl.

Dear lybrate-user ji thanks for your query. As per the same, the details are inconclusive of a diagnosis and lacks clear picture. You had mentioned that you have menstrual problems for 7 years and your tsh results are 4.2mlu/l which is normal as the tsh normal values are 0.5 to 5.0 miu/l for you and for a non pregnant female it is less than 25 ng/ml. So, I don't understand where the problem lie. Should you feel like talking to me, please send a pvt message and lets try to understand your issue and help you to overcome it through ayurveda.
