My age is 44 and I am a male. One year ago, I felt symptoms of diabetes and when tested my fbg was 278 and pp blood sugar was 440. With in 10 days of medication, exercise and diet control it came down to normal. Still it is going normal without medicine but I am regularly doing exercise daily. Can I become diabetic in future? What precautions I have to take?
