I have done rigorous hand and leg workout a couple of days ago. From yesterday I have a feeling that my pinky and ring finger had become a bit rigid when doing task like writing or using a computer mouse. But when checked them individually I could sense the touch and had no difficulty in gripping or bending them. Is it just my feeling or it is a symptom of some nerve disorders?
