Im male 30, think I have a form of balanitis but its both penis and anus irritation, got tea tree oil antiseptic cream but its not helping anymore. through pain, light red spots on body and tiny sores on scalp are all starting to form. The itching front and back is the same, what can I do till I have the money to go to a doctor?
