Dear user, have you been diagnosed with a thyroid condition? Usually hyperhidrosis is seen in hyperthyroidism and even in hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). You can use antiperspirants containing aluminum chloride but apply a small patch somewhere on your skin to see if you have an allergic reaction. If you don't have an allergy to it, you can use it on your palms and feet as it reduces the sweating drastically.
