Sir I twisted my ankle one and half month ago in the earlier days the sprain was very painful and swelling was on it but after 4 weeks the swelling and pain reduces but now also there is some swelling on it when I stretch it outwards I can see a little bit swelling on it and there is no problem in waking but some times when I am walking if a small stone come in the middle of that foot of the sprain ankle it hurts a bit but after that it is fine .plz suggest me something because I am joining physical camp soon .plz suggest something that my ankle will be fine while running.
