teeth don't grow themselves. so u will have to get those teeth treated with either root canal treatment n crowns or veneers. the treatment will depend on whether the broken edge is near nerve or not.

No, if it's permanent teeth then there no chance of regrowth, you have to go for orthodontic treatment.
