Hi. I am 18 weeks pregnant and my ob checker me at 17 weeks and I was at 28 mm. No dilation. This is my second pregnancy. With my first I started dilating at 20 weeks and was put on bed rest and given progesterone. This time around my ob does not seem very worried but I have not slept in days. I am afraid it will shorten before I get to see him again in 2 weeks and I will misscary.
