I had fracture and ankle sprain since November last. I have visited one of the physiotherapists and now I am able to walk normally in but still I feel some muscle tightness and swelling. Is this a problem or when I will be normal as earlier?

ANKLE PAIN EXERCISES. 1. Ankle Circles 2. Achilles Stretch 3. Towel Stretch 4. Band Stretch 5. Standing Calf Stretch 6. Soleus Stretch 7. Cross Leg Ankle Stretch. Avoid putting pressure, rest as much as possible, apply ice pack.
