I have black spots on both sides of tongue and the spots never changed there colour. 2 years before it was only on left side now its on right side too I do not take any products or medications which might have caused this. However I did have black spot on my left side of my tongue since I was a kid it kept spreading. Now its on my left side and right side and tip. My gums are black too and showed it to a dentist he said its normal but I checked on google it says melanoma I am worried. I am 16 years old.
