I am 38 years age female. In my both ears, once in a while blocking one ear at one time another ear some other day. Also metallic sound and slowly fades off in 1 minute. What to do sir. My dentist told me to visit ent doctor. I took audiometry test said no problem. But I heard if its ignored without taking precaution now might lose hearing capacity. I am worried pls advice clearly kindly sir.
