I am continuing azithral 500 1 tab daily + taximo 200 mg twice daily for urinary track infection as per doctors (urologist) prescription but after taking two days medicine third day I observed stomach disturbance (slight. Otherwise improvement was good. I want to know can I take metrogyl 400 twice daily along with this medicine to prevent stomach upset?

The upset stomach is because of side effects of allopathic medicine. Taking more allopathic medicine will just complicate it. Try taking cure and dietary changes. You can consult me for Homeopathic treatment if it does not help.
