Please get the tooth removed. Visit a dentist to get it done. Wisdom tooth are one of the vestigeal organs. They need to be removed if causing any discomfort. Don't worry it's a routine procedure that's done now a days. It is due to the insufficient space in the jaw for the accomodation of the wisdom tooth. Only the removal will give you a permanent relief.

your jaw meight don't have space, that's why wisdom tooth eruption buccally. It is very difficult to maintain hiegene of this tooth, so it is better to get it extracted.

Hello lybrate-user how old are you? If your upper wisdom molar is hurting your cheek; please get it checked by your dentist. There may not be enough space for eruption of the third molar. There may be a need for grinding that upper third molar or removal of the tooth. For cheek biting. Rx oint lignocaine gel for oral application.
