I am 24+.i have a facial hair problem. I have both thick & thin hair in face. Chin area & lower chin area, behind ear front area I have a very hard hair. Like man beard exactly. When I touch it ,it pinch in my hand. I have fair complexion. So it looks black. Odd.what is the solution of this? I want to permanent solution.
