I am preparing for police and army exams, I have to run 1600mts in 4.45 minutes and long jump high jump also. I'm lagging stamina to run, so please suggest me some multivitamin tablets and supplements to improve stamina and strength.

Hi Vinay at your given height and weight you may be try to keep it below 80kgs , other than that practise will improve your stamina along with rich protein diet other than any thing else . Coming from banglore try having coconut water after every run .
