I am 23 year old girl of 5.2 height and weighs 56 kg. I recently gained 3-4 just in about 2-3 months.Since I shifted to hostel about a month ago I used to have more outside food as well. I see my tummy size increased drastically. Can anyone suggest me best way to shed few pounds nd to reduce my waist size

Dear you are so health conscious. But you are little late, Accumulation of Fat STARTS on lower body and gradually it comes to abdomen area. If you want to lose belly Fat you should go with 8-10 kg weight loss. Avoid HIGH CALORIE DIET. Eat Less and Frequent meal. Take 2 time fruits and salad in a day Drink 12-15 glass of water WITH THE BEST OF HEALTH
