My age is 26, weight 79 kg, height 5'8. My all test echo, ultrasound, heart blood test, chest xray, ecg are normal. Doctor tell me its gastric. As I have mild chest pain for 1 sec that was going n coming. I was very tense about it. Sometimes at night I feel like my heart is pumping fast and I also feel fear. So I did all the test, and they are normal. But my bp is 140/80. Is this bp is ok? Should I take beta blockers or not?

In your case as a young adult, you can reduce your bp by reducing salt intake and staying active by working out for at least 20-30 minutes a day. If your lifestyle is sedentary, make sure you stand up and move around for atleast3 minutes every hour. Please leave a like if you found my answer helpful.
