Which snack is filling & easy to digest? I see many snacks take longer time to digest. Suppose I eat lunch, it takes 5 hrs to digest and I am hungry again. I cannot have dinner directly. So I try to eat snacks but some snacks takes around 4 hrs to digest properly. Snacks: murukku, bread, corn etc. My hunger timetable to digest food: breakfast: 4 hrs lunch: 5 hrs snacks: 3 hrs to 4 hrs dinner: after snacks digested note: this question is not for diet point of view. Just need a correct snack. Also, eating fruits is only increasing hunger. Your suggestions please.

You can take dry items prepared from rice without using oil--like malted rice, flaked rice, murmuri, borugulu, poha etc.
