I have not had sex yet. Coz I have one confusion. I can move my foreskin when my penis is not tight it can move till back of the penis ring not more than that. But when my penis become tight my foreskin cannot move just a tip is visible. Is it a problem of phimosis or frenulum brave. Other symptoms to detect the issue. Is there any issue in doing sex. So any easy way out. Help plz.

It could be phimosis or a tight frenulum. Get it checked by sugeon and follow the advice accordingly
