Doctor, I feel this sudden knee jerks when I am sitting and lying down. I also feel this weird tingling sensations in my knee joint which is very uncomfortable which the leads to sudden knee jerks ,some times I also feel this tingling sensation in my ankle and elbow joints but mostly I feel it in my knee joint, please tell me why is this happening? And what should I do?
