Doctor, I feel this sudden knee jerks when I am sitting and lying down. I also feel thia weird tingling sensations in my knee joint which is very uncomfortable, some times I also feel this tingling sensation in my ankle and elbow joints but mostly I feel it in my knee joint, please tell me why is this happening and what should I do?
