Dear doctor, i'm 33 years old female and have developed melasma on both the cheeks and forehead (little light but visible) during my pregnancy and it's been 2.5 years since my delivery and not yet reduced. I have fair skin and eat healthy food .i don't use any harsh chemicals on skin. I'm an it professional and don't roam out in sun for longer time. But my mother also had melasma during her late 40's.kindly help me with the good cream or any other ointment. Thanks.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun. For more details you can consult online.
