Age 27, unmarried.since 23 march upto 29 may I was having mild fever of 90f, bone pain on both side of sternum and sore throat was also started with that like something stuck inn it. On 29 may I got 104f with pain in penis tip after urinating. Report shows pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, bacteria 1+.took nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days but sometimes pain radiating from penis to rectum. On 1 july, usg kub was normal. On 3 and 7 july got blood in semen and now no blood. But pain was increasing in hips connecting femur region, thighs,feet and rib cage region. On 14 july psa came 2.06 ng/ml. On 24 aug, trus prostate showed chronic prostatitis needs to be ruled out. I am on antibiotic ofloxacin 400 mg bd and afluzosin 10 mg for 21 days but pain in my bones specially hips, femur,thighs, legs,both feet, rib cage is increasing and also joints of hand and shoulder paining. My sore throat is not resolving since 5 months even on showing ent. I occasionally get chills. Can I have typhoid or prostate cancer?
