You can take ust and laser from nearby physio center and at home you can take ice for 10-15 min twice a day. If severe pain during activity then you can wear elbow band for support. Do some elbow strengthening exercises also in order to relieve tension of muscles. Take healthy balanced diet rich in calcium. Proper and adequate sleep. Lot of water to release toxins from body.
