What is the best meal replacement shake available in the market and how to use it, Am now 5.5" tall and about 86.5kgs, I've to shred my fat weight atleast 1kg per week. And also suggest me how to avoid stretch marks during this process as i heard shredding fat quickly is also one of the reasons for it.
