I am 21 and suddenly from past 3-4 days I can see a very vey small gap between my front two teeth previously naturally there was skin filled in that gap but as I changed my toothbrush a week ago I can see no flesh there and a new gap is formed my teeth is well aligned and both of them are joined from below just a small gap is formed due to loss of skin there. Will the gap be permanent and will I have to go to a dentist?

You may use a gum paint massage your gums with. If your gums are lacerated due to brush. After this gums will come back to original space but if the problem is more severe .kindly visit a dentist nearby.
