Hello, I am 33 years old male, lately I have rapid heart rate which goes up from 65 bpm to 105 bpm, also the same has been happening on a daily basis since last 3-4 months. After having meal also it goes up from 80 bpm to 105 bpm, I did heart related tests echo, ecg, holter (24 hours), stress test, blood tests twice, but all came back normal, although my cholesterol level was high around 3.46 but I have started physical activity of jogging 2.0 kms everyday. Even I wake up in the middle of the night with rapid heart rate, I want to get rid of this issue, how can I differentiate between anxiety and heart related issue. Any help is really appreciated.
