I had a medical abortion 6 weeks ago it was complete, I had intercourse 2 weeks ago .i took a urine hcg test the other day and it came out negative ,i've now started what looks like my first period after the abortion ,its brown and the flow is very light but I experienced terrible cramps when it just started, could I be pregnant?
