Currently I have anal fissure problem with sentinel pile.& this problem recurs at least twice or thrice in a month even if I eat minimum quantity of food (not even junk food or non veg. I use cream & stool softener for 2-3 days it goes away & again it occurs. Can anyone tell me if this lead to development of piles? Will fissure turn to piles or fistula or abcess in later years if it keeps recurring or it remains as fissure oly? Pls help me out to get rid of this confusion as I am getting afraid & stressed that these lead to further complications.
