Apki first baby ko glaucoma hai so it is congenital jo birth defect hota but if you are planning second baby it can be or not, so before planning do your routine check up and ajkl to conceive krne k baad bhut si advance sonography hoti hai jo ki koi defects ho if possible can be corrected with foetal medicine, for more information you can contact.
