Hello drs. My daughter 3.7 years old, we are observed small size red spots on her stomach and both thighs from last 5 days & same baby feeling itchy nees, from that day taken both hot water with liquid dettol mix. So please suggest to how it be caused chances and remedies to cure the problem. Thank you.
