For knowing duration it is recommended to have 7-9 hours of good sleep for your age" early to bed, early to rise" is an ideal approach. If you are fresh and energetic to start the day - it is ok about your sleep. Since it is not a very serious matter. Try google search for sleep time. You will get mastery in this topic. There is no rule. It varies from person to person. Even in same person from time to time. Roughly 6-8 hours sleep is ok.
