Hello lybrate-user. Do you feeling they are just coming out or before only your front teeth were the same?
And yes braces treatment is never permanant dear. It's for 1.5 to 2 years after that braces are removed.
If you want another treatment plan kindly share a picture of your jaws matching together. If possible after that we will go for some other treatment plan.

smile and facial appearance is quite a important aspects of personality and looks.
So, if you don't want fixed braces treatment because of visibility issues, they you can opt for lingual braces treatment in which braces are applied from inner side of teeth.
Other more cosmetic treatment option is removable clear or invisible teeth aligners for treatment of forwardly placed front teeth.
Visit your orthodontist doctor which will do clinical check up, teeth measurement, face, jaw x-rays as needed and guide you for appropriate treatment for you.

Braces are not permanent, they are only for 6-12 months. Braces are more physiological for treating malaligned teeth. You can opt for invisible braces if you don't want metal ones. Other option is permanent crowns. Crowns can be given to correct your teeth position but then that is artificial and you have to wear them lifetime.
