I'm 25 years old female. I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my first baby (whom I conceived without any medication) and was diagnosed with iugr in the scan done at 29 weeks of gestation (reduced ac. Everyone blames me saying that it's due to my carelessness. But the truth is I have been eating a lot of nutritious food throughout. Im healthy enough and also don't have any possible issues that may cause iugr. So what might be the reason for this?
