I consulted doctor for pe and little ed .so he has given medicine 1) tadalafil 20 2) bicosul 3) paracetamol 4) one hydrochloride gel. please suggest is it safe to take tadalafil to cure ed permanently in one month of I ll have side effect or dependent. Please doctor suggest me.
