Last summer for a period of 3-4 months, I had red spots on my penile head and some thin white layer forming on penile head. They are non itchy and non painful. Usually disappear with 3-4 days, after their appearance and I also saw few bumps in groups on foreskin. Now again, I started observing the same from last few days. My age is 26, wt- 76. Am I at risk of any stage?

Hello- If you are sexually active then it is a matter of concern. If not then no need to worry, it can be due to increased temperature.
