Sir, my age is 50 but having this prob started at age of 42. (a)after having sex i feel extremely exhausted and feel like 'post long fever ,and also get irritated often .It takes 2/3 days to recover and some time a week too. (b)the size of my penis is also reduced ,and i feel the main cord of penis has extracted it inward.Cord seems contracted. General health is quite ok. The Bp is higher side since last three months and controlled by 20 mg of olmesar medicine. What should i have to do.
