Hello dr, 2 month ago one night I feel difficultly in breathing, pulse rate was around 100. And that time I was having gastritis also. After waiting for 2-3 hrs I took alprax. 0.5 mg. Then I went to sleep. Again the problem occurs next day. Since then I am talking clonafit plus tab at night only. But then also my problem hasn't solve. I feel breathless many times a day. What should I do?

It means you are suffering from breathlessness for 2 months. You have anxiety problem for long duration for which you are using alprax? You didn't mention any other symptoms like cough, chest pain, palpitation swelling of feet then I guess these symptoms are not present. Most likely it may be some cardiovascular disease. You should go for some investigation like cbc, ecg, cxray pa view. And with full history you should consult privately to a doctor. Thank you.
